This ready-to-wear brand created in 2012 by designers Byungmun Seo and Jina Um, BMUET(TE) met with immediate attention – and approval – from the international fashion community (among the finalists in the WGSN Global Fashion Awards for emerging talents in 2012 and in WHO IS ON NEXT? Dubai 2015). The brand focuses on unconventionally constructed garments based on the creative juxtaposition of different elements. It is a concept that goes beyond conventional ideas and structures to develop new, avant-garde silhouettes that are imbued with an almost poetic sensitivity and are rendered in luxurious materials. www.bmuette.com
